About Us

Mountain Valley horseman’s Association was established in the spring of 2018 with the purpose of providing a fun, non exclusive riding club for the enjoyment and education of the local equestrian community. We welcome riders of all ages, disciplines and abilities (non riding, horse enthusiasts are encouraged to join as well). As a relatively new organization we have lots of ideas and plans for the future of our club. These include, but are not limited to organized trail rides, clinics (of multiple disciplines/ clinicians), fun shows, obstacle play days, tack swaps, non mounted educational seminars (equine dentistry; basic veterinary care; proper use and fit of track) and more. We are fortunate to have established a working relationship with Quincy Township, who has recently acquired the property adjacent to the township building (formerly the grounds belonging to the Mountain Valley Riders Saddle Club). We also have plans to help the township facilitate improvements of the grounds, building and the ring.
